If Snip marked the shot's result as "Target hit" but you actually did not win the item, you may file a request to have the Snip fee refunded. To file a complaint, please click the "ask for refund" link on the finished shots list,
in the result field of the appropriate shot or on your transaction list beside the fee information.
You will receive a refund only when:
- the shot is marked as "Target hit" but you did not actually win the item
- a fee was charged for this shot
- the shot was made no more than 60 days ago
Please note: you cannot receive a refund for a shot the shot when the transaction failed for reasons outside of Snip's control. Examples include items not as described, merchandise not sent, etc.
