If you use Microsoft .NET Passport to sign in to eBay, Snip will not be able to process your shots.
To use Snip you must change your eBay.com (American server!) preferences:
- Go to eBay Sign In Options
- Choose "eBay User ID and password" in "Preferred sign in method"
- Save changes
