Which hits made by the user I referred count toward those that work for my free hits?

All. That is, all with no exceptions.

User that I referred filed a complaint about the hit that gave me a free hit, and this complaint was accepted. Will I loose my free hit?

Of course not! As we say in Poland: who gives and takes away, ends in the bottoms of hell. We would rather not desire to end up this way.

Can I get a list of users I referred?

No. We do respect our user's right for privacy. But if referred user gave you his/her login name at Snip, here you can check whether he/she is among the users referred by you.

I don't want user who referred me to know that I'm among the users referred by her/him. What do I do?

Simply don't give your Snip login to her/him.

Who can I refer, and who I can't?

You can refer anyone, excluding yourself. According to the Snip Regulations one person can only have one account at Snip. Yes, you can refer your brother, your grandmom and your boss.

I know that some user registered after being referred to Snip by me. However, he/she is not recognized as referred by me. Why?

Apparently he/she failed to fulfill rules for accepting a new user as referred by you (Please see Rules of the Affiliate Program at Snip). We are sorry but in order to avoid abuses, it is irreversible.

How many users can I refer?

4.294.967.295 (or 2³² - 1). We may have difficulties to store more in our database.

User referred by me has also referred other users. Will I benefit from it?

Not directly. That is, no free hits given to one user transfer to another. But of course, if the user referred by you uses his/her hits, you will eventually get a free hit as a result of his/her hits. See also question #6.
